Job summary

Universal Background Screening is a nationwide provider of background screening and drug testing services. The Supervisor DTOH will lead a team of DTOH Specialists, coaching them to meet goals and driving onboarding and skill development.

You’ll partner with management on DTOH processes, handle escalations, and ensure accurate handling of search types. The role is full-time, onsite in a fast-paced environment, requiring fluent English and the ability to pass background checks and screenings.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in DTOH or similar operations role.
• Strong problem-solving within dept policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to gather and assess information quickly.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and web apps.
• Background screening familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate DTOH Specialists to meet performance goals.
• Oversee onboarding and development of DTOH Specialists.
• Perform Team Lead duties and DTOH tasks.
• Coordinate with Management on search types and DTOH functions.
• Handle escalations and disposition as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
