Job summary

Universal Background Screening is seeking a Supervisor DTOH to lead a team of DTOH Specialists and drive coaching, onboarding, and performance outcomes. The role emphasizes leadership, escalation handling, and collaboration with management to ensure accurate search processes within the DTOH function.

Ideal candidates will have a proven leadership track record in operations or customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and web applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Universal’s DTOH dept or similar operations role with strong leadership.
• Ability to solve problems within department policies and procedures.
• Ability to gather and assess information in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, professional demeanor with customers and staff.
• Able to work independently and in a team, with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and motivate DTOH Specialists to meet performance goals.
• Responsible for onboarding and ongoing development of DTOH Specialists.
• Handle Team Lead duties and daily miscellaneous DTOH tasks.
• Work with Management to ensure proper handling of all search types and DTOH functions.
• Receive and disposition escalations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
