Comfort Medical, LLC is seeking a Direct to Consumer (DTC) Manager to lead the DTC Sales team, drive incremental revenue, and oversee day-to-day operations within the Services Sales organization. The role blends leadership, strategy, and performance management to achieve sales and compliance objectives.

The position emphasizes team development, strategy execution, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA, Medicare policies, and company procedures while promoting a high standard of professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-5 years of contact center or management experience, including sales operations and team leadership.
• Strong communication skills to coach, motivate, and resolve conflicts.
• Ability to manage sales pipelines, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to travel for customer visits and internal meetings (up to 20%).
• Proven track record in managing teams, building relationships, and driving revenue.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sales strategies, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead DTC Sales team with coaching and development.
• Drive incremental revenue and patient enrollment initiatives.
• Manage product lifecycle from sales to reimbursement.
• Train and motivate staff on new products, procedures, compliance.
• Implement strategies to meet enrollment and performance goals.
• Ensure HIPAA/Medicare compliance and proper documentation.
• Monitor performance and deliver regular reviews.
• Collaborate with Sr. Manager, Sales Ops to align goals.
• Define reporting needs and track service quality.
• Uphold ethical standards and company policies.
