Qualifikationen

• 10+ years leading a sales organization as a senior leader.
• Experience in subscription or DTC businesses.
• Strong metrics-based management and coaching.
• Proven success leading phone-based contact center sales.

Aufgaben

• Lead inbound & outbound sales execution with weekly/monthly targets.
• Build and manage staffing, cadence, and capacity to maximize conversion.
• Develop scalable coaching systems, QA, and script adherence.
• Optimize lead, dialer, and channel strategies to improve performance.
• Drive lifecycle selling and revenue expansion post-activation.
• Forecast sales, manage pipeline, and ensure CRM hygiene.
