SharkNinja is seeking an ambitious co-op/early talent in Business Operations and Corporate Functions. You will dive into real projects, build dashboards, and model inventory and forecasts across markets, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

Current student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain or related fields.
Able to work full-time onsite-hybrid (40 hours per week).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-to-recommendation ability.
High accuracy with large datasets and financial figures; detail-oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
Build reports, dashboards, models, and trackers for leaders.
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, and regions.
Own meaningful projects end-to-end and present contributions to leaders.
Support S&OP, inventory forecasting, and market data needs.
