Job summary

OluKai in Irvine, CA seeks an experienced Ecommerce Manager to own site merchandising across web, app, and social channels. You will manage launches, optimize discovery, and drive campaigns end-to-end, collaborating with planning, marketing, and development teams.

You will lead CRO efforts, leverage AI tools to scale workflows, and ensure a premium guest experience across olukai.com while maintaining brand integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ecommerce management with hands-on Shopify Plus experience.
• Demonstrated product launches across multiple channels with strong catalog hygiene.
• Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.
• Hands-on CRO program experience: roadmap, tests, results reporting.
• Experience managing external vendors and development partners to schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead product launches across all sales channels with on-time, on-story execution.
• Own on-site discoverability, SEO, metadata, and internal linking for visibility.
• Collaborate with Planning/Buying to align assortment with inventory and demand.
• Drive GTM campaigns end-to-end across Website, App, and social platforms.
• Build CRO roadmap, run tests, and report outcomes to marketing and creative teams.
• Manage vendor ecosystem and partnerships with performance standards.
• Coordinate with Dev/Ops/Creative on site projects and templates.
• Oversee site content quality and brand-consistent experiences.
• Own ecommerce reporting, KPI tracking, and conversion funnel optimization.
• Leverage AI to scale outputs and automate repetitive tasks.
