Job summary

OluKai leads premium ocean-inspired footwear and marketing initiatives in Irvine, CA. We seek a Director Creative Strategy who can fuse narrative with data, elevating our DTC and Amazon campaigns through authentic, performance-driven creative.

This individual contributor role may evolve to manage teams; reporting to the CMO, you will translate metrics into compelling briefs and drive creative across multiple formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience; digital marketing and growth content background preferred.
• 10+ years in digital marketing or performance creative strategy; agency or in-house eCommerce experience valued.
• Proven ability to translate data into creative briefs driving measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Translate performance data into actionable creative briefs and hypotheses.
• Lead briefing sessions with Creative and Performance Media teams for channel-specific goals.
• Drive creative across UGC, product/video, static, and Amazon-optimized content.
• Synthesize campaign data into insights to fuel iteration and growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels.
