Job summary

Genuine Search Group's client, a popular DTC brand, is seeking a hands-on Ecommerce Manager to own day-to-day site management, digital merchandising, and campaign execution. You will collaborate across Marketing, Creative, Product, and Engineering to optimize the customer journey.

The role emphasizes PDP and content management, product launch support, and on-site optimization, with a strong focus on data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of ecommerce experience at a DTC brand or agency.
  • Strong hands-on Shopify experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital merchandising and site management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Engineering.
  • SEO agency management and/or CRO experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day ecommerce site merchandising, including PDPs, collection pages, homepage, navigation, content modules, and upsell/cross-sell placements.
  • Maintain site accuracy, content, promotions, and product information.
  • Support product launches and seasonal campaigns, including PDP setup, bundles, and site updates.
  • Ensure consistent brand, copy, and design across the site.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Service to troubleshoot and improve the site.
  • Own on-site strategy and execution for product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Creative to ensure seamless campaign execution across channels.
  • Own weekly ecommerce reporting and turn performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Track KPIs including CVR, traffic, AOV, UPT, LTV, and sell-through.
  • Analyze site and product performance, customer feedback, and other insights to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support CRO and A/B testing initiatives.
  • Manage an SEO agency and ensure content, deliverables, and performance remain on track.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working across Marketing, Creative, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 4+ years of ecommerce experience at a DTC brand or agency.
