Cinch Home Services is seeking a Digital Product Manager to own and grow our Direct-to-Consumer digital portfolio. You will collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and analytics teams to optimize the customer journey and deliver measurable business impact.

The role requires 3+ years in digital product management, experience across multi‑platform environments, and a solid foundation in analytics and UX.

Formación

3+ years as Digital Product Manager/Product Owner for B2C products.
Experience across multi‑platform digital environments and cross‑functional initiatives.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, CS, or related field.
Strong analytical skills; familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools.
Understanding of marketing funnels, customer journey mapping, and landing page optimization.
Basics of UX design and consumer behavior; agile experience; proficiency with JIRA or Trello.

Responsabilidades

Own and prioritize the DTC product backlog aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and work with engineering to deliver high‑quality solutions.
Partner with Product to configure and launch new discount and product codes for the DTC experience.
Conduct user and market research to uncover opportunities and translate insights into product initiatives.
