Insight Global is seeking a Digital Product Manager to accelerate online growth by creating simple, compelling digital experiences that converge products and services for business customers. You will own the digital strategy and execution to increase online sales, conversion, and channel share, combining ecommerce expertise with data‑driven product leadership.

Translate customer and business needs into digital requirements and experiences.
Grow digital revenue through funnel optimization and data‑driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

Develop and optimize end‑to‑end converged customer journeys to discover, shop, buy, and add multiple products online.
Use funnel, customer, and sales data to identify friction, forecast impact, and improve digital performance.
Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Design, and Technology through launch and optimization.
Drive digital readiness for launches with analytics, reporting, and customer journeys ready to perform.
Establish and report KPIs including traffic, conversion, cross‑sell, and online channel share.
