Job summary

UMAEZ LLC seeks a seasoned DTC copywriter to craft high-converting emails, landing pages, and product copy for multiple brands. You will own lifecycle emails, promotional campaigns, SMS, and SEO-driven content while maintaining distinct brand voices.

Remote, full-time contractor with flexible timezone. Strong experience in fragrance or wellness categories a plus; near-native US English essential, and rapid turnaround required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of DTC or e-commerce copywriting experience, portfolio required.
• Klaviyo experience with flows and campaigns.
• Strong direct-response instincts with high-converting subject lines and CTAs.
• Ability to write across multiple brands with different voices.
• Experience in fragrance, personal care, beauty, or health/wellness is a plus.
• Strong copywriting skills and AI workflow; final copy must be human-edited.

Responsibilities

• Write email flows (welcome, post-purchase, renewal, win-back, etc.).
• Create email campaigns (promotions, launches, seasonal).
• Develop SMS copy and short-form content.
• Craft subject lines, preheaders, and CTAs across channels.
• Prepare landing page and product copy as needed.
• Localization, proofreading, and brand voice alignment across multiple brands.
