Umaez LLC is seeking a full-time contractor to craft compelling DTC copy for email flows, landing pages, product descriptions, and SEO across multiple brands. The role emphasizes strong direct-response messaging, fast turnaround, and near-native US English.

This fully remote position offers flexible time zones, a learning budget, and exposure to US and Southeast Asia markets. You will collaborate with senior team members and contribute to growth with data-driven copy across campaigns and site

Qualifications

2+ years of DTC or e-commerce copywriting required.
Portfolio must include email flows, landing pages, and product copy.
Klaviyo experience required: flows and campaigns.
Strong direct-response instincts for open rates and conversions.
Ability to write for multiple brands with different voices.
Category experience in fragrance, personal care, beauty, or health/wellness is a plus.
Fast turnaround with clean, human-edited output; AI can assist.

Responsibilities

Write email flows: welcome, post-purchase, pre-renewal, cancellation save, win-back.
Create email campaigns: promos, launches, seasonal, upsell, and re-engagement.
Write SMS copy and subject lines, preheaders, and CTAs.
Landings pages and pre-lander copy when needed.
Proofread, localize and refine product and brand copy.
Collaborate across brands to maintain distinct voices.
