Job summary

Flamingo is seeking an Analytics Manager for DTC to build and drive reporting and diagnostic analytics that advance strategy. You will design and report on DTC KPIs, spanning user journeys from acquisition to retention, and translate insights into a clear point of view.

You will work with decision-makers across the DTC organization, telling data-driven stories and defending recommendations with strong business acumen.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics or a similarly analytical field.
• Fluent in SQL, with Python or R a plus.
• BI tool fluency across Omni, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize data to provide brand-level insights with actionable recommendations.
• Build, maintain, and own dashboards in Omni for quick business interpretation.
• Plan, design, and implement KPI-focused reports and enhance A/B testing analytics.
• Collaborate with DTC teams to identify data problems and automate reporting.
