Job summary

Flamingo, part of Mammoth Brands, seeks a Senior Manager, Category Strategy & Analytics in New York to lead analytics across its brand portfolio. You’ll inform strategy, shape how the brand comes to life, and influence responses to competitive dynamics.

This role offers significant leadership exposure and collaboration across diverse teams. You will partner with the CIA team, advance modeling, and craft insights that drive growth for Flamingo, Harry’s, Lume and Mando brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–7 years in analytical, data-driven role; management consulting or investment banking preferred.
• Experience with advanced modeling and creating impactful presentations.

Responsibilities

• Understand key business drivers across macro market trends, category, shopper, and competitive performance and help craft strategy.
• Lead reporting on key changes in the business.
• Identify high-priority growth opportunities for the brands and drive cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, analytics, operations and other teams.
• Coach and mentor team members and lead analytics on omnichannel projects.
