CI&T is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to steer data-driven solutions for clients, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery. You will lead the full lifecycle of data products from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable impact.

In this role, you will manage cross-functional teams, translate complex analytics into actionable insights, and champion data governance and AI-powered improvements across e-commerce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent English (C1 or higher).
• Experience working with international clients.
• Experience with major Cloud Platform providers (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with data platforms (Databricks or Snowflake).
• Strong strategic thinking and product mindset.
• Proven team leadership with hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Provide data analysis that informs business and digital product growth through visualization.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and analytics specialists to deliver high-quality data products.
• Task Prioritization: Define roadmap and prioritize data initiatives across stakeholders.
• Data Profiling: Analyze data types, relationships, patterns, and trends.
• Requirements Definition: Articulate clear data requirements for consumption.
• Business Process Understanding: Grasp workflows to model data sources and attributes.
• Validation: Validate products with users using data and metrics.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance with KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Data Governance: Establish data governance practices for quality and compliance.
• Data Architecture & Infrastructure: Understand storage, integrations, and analytics platforms in use.
