Job summary

WSFS Bank invites ambitious college students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid, 10-week internship provides meaningful project work, mentorship, executive exposure, and hands-on experience across bank departments.

Participants will learn to analyze data with Excel and Power BI, assist with process improvements, and build low-code automation using Microsoft technologies while developing communication and teamwork skills in a real-world banking environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with intent to return to studies after internship.
• Must have completed at least one full year of college by May 2027.
• Business-related major preferred.
• Capable of full-time work (40 hours/week) from early June to mid-August.
• Willing to participate in in-person and virtual interviews.
• Willing to attend in-person orientation at WSFS Bank.
• Ability to work on-site up to 5 days/week within WSFS footprint.
• Reliable transportation and basic computer proficiency.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with process improvement initiatives and identify efficiencies with project leads.
• Analyze data using Excel and Power BI to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Participate in team meetings, provide status updates, and gain hands-on experience developing low-code applications and automation with Microsoft technologies.
