WSFS Bank invites ambitious college students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid 10-week internship offers meaningful project work, mentorship, executive exposure, and professional development across finance and other departments.

Interns will gain hands-on experience, network with leaders, and participate in volunteer initiatives and events designed to foster growth. Opportunity for potential continued employment after a successful program completion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Business-related or related college major preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completed at least one full year of college by May 2027; reliable transportation.
• Available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Able to work up to 5 days on-site at a WSFS Bank location.
• Full-time internship (40 hours per week) during the summer.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilités

• Assist with a variety of accounting functions, including account reconciliations and GL entries.
• Support financial performance reporting and analysis with team members to interpret trends.
• Contribute to special projects and respond to ad hoc requests within the finance team.
