Job summary

WSFS Bank invites college students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program, a paid 10-week experience with real project work and mentorship. Interns will support the Business Systems Analyst team, bridge business needs and technical solutions, and gain exposure to executive leadership across departments.

The program offers hands-on projects, professional development, volunteering, and networking with peers and leaders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree and intend to return to studies after the internship.
• Must be able to participate in a full-time internship (40 hours/week) from early June to mid-August.
• Major in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business needs and technical solutions; assist in analysis and documentation of processes.
• Create process flows, user stories, and technical documentation; liaise between business users and tech teams.
• Support other areas within Tech & Ops as needed and prepare status updates for team meetings.
