WSFS Bank invites a select group of college students to join its 2027 Summer Internship in DT Process Engineering & Automation in Philadelphia. The program delivers hands-on project work, one-on-one mentorship, executive exposure, and professional development across bank operations and processes.

You will gain real-world experience with process improvement, data analysis using Excel and Power BI, and low-code automation using Power Automate, while building banking operations knowledge.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with intent to return to studies in 2027.
• Must complete at least one full year of college by May 2027.
• Business-related or related major preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with process improvement initiatives by partnering with project leads.
• Analyze data using Excel and Power BI to provide insights and decision support.
• Develop low-code automation solutions using Microsoft technologies, including Power Automate.
• Participate in team meetings and provide status updates.
