WSFS Bank offers a 2027 Summer Internship Program in Technology Project Management in Berwyn, PA. This paid, 10‑week program provides hands-on project work, mentorship, executive exposure, professional development, and collaboration with interns across bank departments.

Interns will gain real‑world experience while supporting the PMO in coordinating technology initiatives, documenting progress, and delivering a capstone project under guidance from the PMO Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Business-related or related college major preferred.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have completed a minimum of one full year of college by May 2027
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be available for in-person and virtual interviews.
• Must be available for in person orientation with Human Resources.
• Ability to work up to 5 days on-site at a physical office within WSFS Bank footprint.
• Must be able to participate in this full-time position (40 hours per week) within a continuous program, starting first week of June and ending early to mid-August.
• Fundamental computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication is required.
• Must have critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Must have organizational skills and proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilités

• Assist PMO in coordinating technology initiatives through project planning, meeting facilitation, status reporting, and documentation management.
• Support governance processes, risk/issue tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and present capstone project and support additional Technology & Operations initiatives.
