Job summary

WSFS Bank invites ambitious college students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program. This paid, 10-week internship offers meaningful project work, mentorship, executive exposure, and professional development across multiple bank departments.

Interns gain hands-on experience while contributing to real business initiatives and networking with leaders. Interns work full-time (40 hours/week), starting in early June through mid-August, with in-person and virtual interview options and on-site work

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to organize work and collaborate effectively with teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Enterprise Project Management Office with project coordination and documentation.
• Assist with status reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare project updates and stakeholder presentations; maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to improve project execution.
