Job summary

The Arc of Washington County is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our Vocational/FAVC Day Services program in Maryland. You will assist individuals to build job and life skills, provide encouragement and hands-on support, and promote inclusion in the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• A valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and provide physical support when needed.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and genuine care for others.
• Experience helping people with disabilities is a plus—training provided.
