Location: Hagerstown, MD
Pay: Now starting at $19.00/hour,with potential for higher rates based on relevant experience
Schedule:Evenings (2pm - 11 pm), Overnights (10 pm - 9 am), or Weekends — overtime offered but NOT mandated

What You’ll Do as a DSP:

• Support daily personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Help prepare meals and support healthy eating
• Keep living spaces clean and safe (light housekeeping)
• Administer medications (we’ll train you!)
• Engage in fun outings and activities (movies, parks, appointments, and more)
• Encourage independence and help build life skills
• Be a consistent, positive presence in someone’s life
• Support individuals with behavioral needs, using structured approaches and de-escalation techniques to promote safety, positive interactions, and skill development

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• ✔️ Are 18 or older
• ✔️ Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least 2 years (permit time excluded) – no exceptions.
• ✔️ Can pass a background check, drug screen, physical, and ergonomic assessments
• ✔️ Can attend 3 weeks + 2 days of paid New Hire Training (M–F, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM)
