Job summary

Arc of Greater Prince William is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate care for individuals with developmental disabilities at a Woodbridge group home and in the community. This full-time role is 30 hours per week with night shifts Thursday–Saturday 10pm–8am.

Hourly rate starting at $17.00 per hour.Full-Time Schedule 30 hours/week: Thursday - Saturday 10pm-8am at group home located in Woodbridge, VA 22191.

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges, or transferrable skills that relate to serving this population (such as experience in education, caregiving, health care, other human services or customer service);
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Ability to pass required trainings
