Job summary

Mozaic seeks a full-time DSP Trainer to develop and support Direct Support Professionals across our programs. You will bridge classroom training to real-world practice, coaching staff and ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.

Location is Seneca County with a 35-hour workweek, mostly evenings and overnights; you will lead trainings, track progress, and collaborate with supervisors to improve programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a DSP or in a similar IDD role.
• Experience in training, coaching, or staff development strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to adapt training to diverse learning styles; proficiency in MS Office and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ongoing DSP training and coaching to staff.
• Support transfer of learning to daily work and assess performance outcomes.
• Maintain training records and certifications; ensure compliance with state/federal requirements.
