Mozaic is seeking a full-time Skills Coordinator in Auburn, NY, to supervise Direct Support Professionals in the Site Supervisor's absence and to deliver person-directed services while safeguarding health and safety. The role also maintains Life Plan documentation and related financial records, ensuring services align with each plan and are documented promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Medication Administration certification is required.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and oversee Direct Support Professionals in the Site Supervisor's absence.
• Deliver person-directed services while ensuring health and safety.
• Maintain Life Plan documentation and financial documentation.
• Ensure services are provided according to Life Plans with contemporaneous documentation.
• Oversee staff training and ensure readiness of DSPs.
• Maintain a safe, clean site and coordinate with providers, families, and resources.
