Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Team Lead in Bridgeport, OH for the second shift. The role offers full-time hours with a pay range of $19.25–$20.25 per hour and comprehensive training included.

Experience is preferred, and training is provided in its entirety. The position includes a benefits package for full-time employees, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and car insurance.
• Personal, reliable vehicle required for transporting individuals served.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest’s criteria.
• Prior experience in care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities to foster independence, choice, and empowerment while ensuring health and safety.
• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of life.
• Completing household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
• Providing personal care assistance.

At ViaQuest, our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety so no experience is required! Experience is preferred!

• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
