Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Strongsville, OH is looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) ICF Team Lead. This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $18.50-$19.50 per hour and provides training for all responsibilities, which may include providing care for individuals with developmental disabilities and assisting with daily tasks. Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities – our goal is to foster increased independence, choice and empowerment while assuring that their health and safety needs are being met at all times.

• Completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
