Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services in Ohio is seeking dedicated direct care professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in facilities and homes. • Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, fostering independence, choice and empowerment while ensuring health and safety.
• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of daily life.
• Completing household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
• Providing personal care assistance.
• Companion care / caregiving.

At ViaQuest Residential Services our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in intermediate care facilities and their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety, so no experience is required.
