Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Team Lead for the ICF team in Strongsville, OH, 2nd shift.

This full-time role offers $18.50–$19.50 per hour and includes paid training to earn CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications. You will provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities in home settings, supervise and guide staff, and promote independence while ensuring health and safety.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities – our goal is to foster increased independence, choice and empowerment while assuring that their health and safety needs are being met at all times.
• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of his/her life.
• Completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
• Providing personal care assistance.
