Guardian Residential Services LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced DSP Team Lead to join our team in Triangle, VA. You will supervise DSPs and provide direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on person-centered planning. You will support morning routines, coordinate care, and help the team meet daily objectives while promoting dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals with disabilities, their families, and other team members.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of person-centered planning and behavioral support techniques.

• Support medication administration.
