Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Lead Direct Support Provider to join our Residential Services team in North Carolina. This role leads a DSP team, provides direct care to individuals with IDD/MH needs, and ensures a safe, person-centered home environment.
Responsibilities include supervising shifts, medication administration, and coordinating with clinical staff to implement care plans. A valid NC driver’s license is required, with weekend and additional weekday shifts as needed.
Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a dedicated Lead Direct Support Provider (DSP) to join our Residential Services team. This role plays a key part in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and/or mental health (MH) needs in a group home setting. The Lead DSP not only provides direct care and support, but also leads a team of DSPs during assigned shifts to ensure a safe, person-centered, and engaging home environment.
3pm-11pm every other weekend
Additional Details: Schedule may include two weekdays and one weekend day per week, with rotation based on program needs.
Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the group home, with shift assignments communicated in advance.
