Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care to individuals with disabilities in homes across Wake, Durham, Chatham and Orange counties, NC. You’ll help with daily routines, life skills, and community engagement, with flexible shifts and a short commute.

Requirements: 1+ year experience, high school diploma, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel between clients. BAYADA emphasizes respect, inclusion, and a supportive team culture.

Compensation & Schedule

• $16/hr
• Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
• Short commute times—we aim to place you within 30 minutes of home
• $500 SIGN-ON BONUS

Here’s How You Earn It

• $100 – Complete onboarding & orientation
• $100 – Work your first 40 hours
• $300 – After working 100 hours
