Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in the United States is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in your community. You’ll build one-on-one connections and help with daily living tasks to promote independence and dignity.

This role offers flexible part-time schedules, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, 401(k), time off, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with I/DD.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Reliable transportation to support client needs in the community.
