Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals in Cumberland County for part-time day hours within the week. You will provide one-on-one support, assist clients with daily activities, and help them gain independence and confidence while fostering meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to appointments and activities.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events.
• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship.
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings.
• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible.

We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals in Cumberland County for part-time day hours during the week.

What You'll Do

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events

• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship

• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming

• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings

• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible
