Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma required.
• Valid Florida driver's license with clean record.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Six months of related caregiving or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Direct Support Professionals on shift.
• Ensure safety and quality of care for all individuals in the homes.
• Transport residents using large capacity vehicles.
• Assess residents' needs continuously and respond to changes.
• Complete daily documentation and ensure scheduling adherence.
• Support daily living activities and community inclusion.
