Job summary

Quest, Inc. is seeking dedicated caregivers to support individuals with disabilities in their homes in Florida. You will assist with daily personal care, meals, and activities, while ensuring safety and dignity for each resident.

The role includes lifting and transfers, household chores, and flexible scheduling to cover shifts. Applicants must be at least 18, fluent in English, and able to use common household appliances.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 18 years of age or older (21 if driver).
• Read, write and comprehend English.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/push/pull.
• Experience using household appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, oven).

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care as needed.
• Provide positive social and leisure interaction to residents.
• Safely lift, transfer and reposition individuals.
• Assist with meals, food preparation and dietary needs.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in the home.
• Ensure adequate supervision and report inclement weather or staffing gaps.
