Job summary

Quest, Inc. is seeking a shift supervisor for Direct Support Professionals in Florida. You will lead staff, ensure care plans are followed, and oversee safety and daily routines for residents in the homes.

You will also be responsible for transportation using large capacity vehicles and for maintaining daily documentation and supervision, including extended hours if needed to cover shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma required.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with no major driving violations at all times (required).
• 1 year of experience working with persons who have Developmental Disabilities or in related settings (required).
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Direct Support Professionals on shift and ensure implementation of services per plan and daily schedule.
• Detect, determine, perceive and assess individuals’ needs at all times.
• Master all DSP3 skills: assist with personal care, operate large capacity vehicles, implement training and behavior plans, and ensure safety and daily documentation.
