Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) or a Certificate of Completion.
• Must have a valid Identification Card or Driver’s License.

• Assist with participant empowerment, communication, and health and wellness tasks.
• Support daily living skills, documentation, and health-related tasks under supervision.
• Engage in community activities and advocacy to promote independence and inclusion.
