ALL's WELL is offering a DSP Intern position designed to train you in delivering high-quality supports to individuals with disabilities. You will work under a qualified DSP for up to three months and up to thirty hours per week, performing entry-level duties and learning essential skills.

The role pays $16.90–$21 per hour with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth through the program's perks and training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) or a Certificate of Completion.
• Must have a valid Identification Card or Driver's License.
• Must pass a background check and other required health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with participant empowerment, communication, and community networking under supervision.
• Support daily tasks and ensure person-centered care and health/wellness.
• Document activities and participate in trainings and self-development.
