Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; CNA preferred.
• NADSP certification preferred; AMAP/SCIP, CPR, First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility for residents.
• Executes behavioral support and monitoring plans, managing medical needs.
• Maintains accurate service records of daily activities, medications, behavior data, and incidents.
