Job summary

ViaQuest ICFs is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide in-home support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Training is provided in full, no experience required, and the role offers a pathway to a healthcare career.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest's criteria.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Personal vehicle required for transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting independence and safety.
• Supervise, teach and assist individuals in daily living activities.
• Perform household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean living environment.

At ViaQuest ICFs, our DSPs provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Training for this position is provided in its entirety so no experience is required! and make a difference in the lives of the individuals we serve!

• Completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

Requirements for this position include:
