One Vision is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Fort Dodge, IA for a front-end schedule of three 12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility.
• Ability to use basic technology for electronic documentation.
• Must complete required background checks and health screenings.
• Must complete required training and certifications provided by One Vision.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to build independence and participate in the community.
• Handle daily activities such as cooking, personal care, laundry, and household tasks.
• Assist with transportation using approved vehicles.
• Assist with medications according to training and procedures.
• Support grocery shopping and personal finances.
• Complete electronic documentation.
• Build positive, meaningful relationships with the people supported.
