Job summary

One Vision is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Mason City, IA for a full-time front-end schedule consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week. You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping with daily tasks, community participation, and medication assistance, with paid training provided.

No prior healthcare experience is required; training and tools are provided to ensure success in this safety-sensitive role.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver''s license and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities such as cooking, personal care, laundry, and household tasks.
• Help individuals build independence and confidence.
• Participate in community outings, appointments, and events.
• Provide transportation using approved vehicles.
