One Vision in Webster City, IA is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a full-time back-end schedule. You will join a team that helps individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently.

This role offers 36 hours per week over three 12-hour shifts, Saturdays, and two midweek days off; paid training provided, no prior healthcare experience required, and opportunities for growth and meaningful, community-facing work.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with mobility as needed.
• Ability to use basic technology for electronic documentation.
• Must complete required background checks and health screenings.
• Must complete required training and certifications, provided by One Vision.

Responsibilities

• Support daily activities such as cooking, personal care, laundry, and household tasks.
• Help individuals build independence and confidence.
• Go on community outings, appointments, and events.
• Provide transportation using approved vehicles.
• Assist with medications according to training and procedures.
• Support grocery shopping and personal finances.
• Complete electronic documentation.
• Build meaningful relationships with the people you support.
