Job summary

One Vision is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Fort Dodge, IA for a full-time back-end schedule of three 12-hour shifts. You’ll work every Saturday plus two days midweek, totaling 36 hours per week, with four days off. Paid training provided, no prior healthcare experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with mobility as needed.
• Ability to use basic technology for electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily activities and community participation.
• Assist with cooking, personal care, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide transportation for activities and appointments.
• Assist with medications according to training and procedures.
• Support grocery shopping and personal finances and complete electronic documentation.
