Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time roles in Monroe, North Carolina. You will support individuals with IDD with daily living tasks, personal care, and community-based activities. Roles include various shift options, including overnight and weekend coverage.

Formación

• Entry-level DSP role with on-the-job training provided.
• Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and dependability required.
• Familiarity with EHR systems or willingness to learn new software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care in the home and community setting.
• Assist with daily living tasks including housekeeping, meals, and personal care.
• Transport client to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Help plan and organize the client’s schedule.
• Document daily activities in the electronic health record.
