LSS in Minnesota seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate care in a residential group home setting, serving up to 4 people with identified needs.

You will assist with daily living activities, documentation, and teamwork; no prior experience required as training is provided. Earn $18.00/hr with potential raise after six months, with benefits for 30+ hours.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to pass checks.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check.

Pay:

• $18.00/hr!
• Upon completion of six months of consistent employment, there is an opportunity to obtain a wage increase to $18.50/hr!

• E/O 7a-3p

What You’ll Do:

• Build meaningful relationships while providing guidance, encouragement, and support
• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, hygiene needs, meals, household support/cleaning, and transportation
• Support community involvement, social connections, and independent living skills
• Advocate for people with identified needs’ rights, needs, and preferences
• Monitor health and well‑being and report changes as needed
• Complete required documentation and participate in training and team meetings
• Residential group home setting supporting up to 4 people with identified needs
• Collaborative, mission‑driven team focused on dignity, respect, and inclusion
