Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a DSP, PCA, and/or CNA; full-time experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Insured, reliable vehicle required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must pass MN Background Study.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance, support and supervision to each service recipient.
• Document and account for all agency and service recipient related finances according to procedures.
• Assist in completing program schedules and ensure staff coverage with Supervisor.
• Escort to medical appointments and document visits per healthcare plan.
