Job summary

Trillium Services, Inc. in Duluth, MN is hiring Awake Overnight Direct Support Professionals to supervise during sleep hours and assist with morning routines. You will work largely independently, building positive relationships with service recipients while following program protocols.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules from 10pm to 8am, with a $18.25 per hour wage, sign-on bonus of $500, mileage reimbursement, insurance options, paid time off, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a MN Background Study.

Responsibilities

• Provide awake supervision during the night and assist service recipients with morning routines.
• Perform shift duties per program protocols, with safety and supervision.
• Build positive relationships and help recipients start their day.
• Maintain independence while following established rules and policies.
